AUTOVEND USA | PRICING & DEALERSHIP DISCLOSURES

Our Pricing Philosophy:
AutoVend USA is proud to offer a competitive, no-haggle pricing experience. We carefully research market conditions and comparable vehicles to provide our customers with exceptional value and a straightforward buying process.

Advertised Pricing & Financing Incentives:
Vehicle prices displayed on our website are available regardless of payment method and include mandatory dealership charges. Applicable government taxes, title, registration, and tag fees are additional. Customers who finance through AutoVend USA may qualify for an additional $2,000 financing credit on newly posted inventory, subject to lender approval, financing terms, and a qualifying credit score of 725 or higher. This incentive is not available for cash purchases or outside financing.

Third-Party Advertised Pricing:
Third-party platforms, including CARFAX, CarGurus, Cars.com, and Autotrader, may display promotional financing prices based on applicable incentives. Financing discounts and eligibility requirements must be clearly disclosed alongside the regular vehicle purchase price.

Dealership Fees & Vehicle Preparation:
AutoVend USA's advertised pricing does not include a $998 dealer documentation fee and a $1,495 Reconditioning / Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) fee. The Recon/PDI fee reflects vehicle preparation activities that may include inspection, detailing, transportation and logistics, reconditioning, and preparation prior to customer delivery. Services performed vary by vehicle.

Vehicle Condition & Warranty:
All vehicles are sold AS-IS, with no warranty provided by AutoVend USA, except where otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by law. Some vehicles may have remaining factory warranty coverage. Customers are responsible for verifying warranty eligibility and coverage directly with the manufacturer. Optional extended service contracts may be available for purchase at an additional cost.

Vehicle Information & Availability:
While we make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, specifications, photographs, mileage, and availability, information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and may contain errors. Our inventory changes frequently, and sold vehicles may temporarily remain listed online. We encourage customers to contact us to confirm availability and obtain a written, itemized out-the-door quote before visiting.

Trade-Ins & Vehicle Purchases:
AutoVend USA welcomes trade-ins and offers to purchase vehicles directly from customers, even when they are not purchasing a vehicle from us. All purchase and trade-in offers are subject to vehicle inspection and appraisal.

Additional Information:
Optional products, extended service contracts, and accessories are not required unless expressly disclosed as part of a particular offer. Financing terms, lender approval, and promotional incentives may vary. AutoVend USA reserves the right to correct genuine typographical or listing errors, subject to applicable law, and to decline transactions where permitted by law.

Thank you for considering AutoVend USA. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business!
